All our produce is sourced locally, where possible and all our meat products are also supplied locally by McGeough's Butchers, Oughterard, winners of numerous national awards for quality sausage, bacon and meat products.

All breakfasts include orange juice, choice of porridge or cereal & fresh fruit,
traditional Irish breakfast tea or camomile/peppermint tea, coffee, toast & brown soda bread
